Acceptance of Terms

Binding Agreement. By accessing, using, or otherwise interacting with this web/mobile application you agree to be bound by these terms.

Non-Acceptance. Should You disagree with any part or provision, you must discontinue use immediately.

Safe-Watcher (the "Application"): The web/mobile application developed by Safe-Watcher LLC.
Client: An individual or entity using the Application to obtain services.
Attorney: A licensed legal professional offering services via the Application.
User: Collectively, both Clients and Attorneys accessing the Application.
Content: All data, graphics, text, audio, video, or other communications made available in the Application.
Service: The functionalities and resources provided by the Application.

Compliance: Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Age Restriction: The Application is for users 18 years or older.
Prohibited Activities:
- Unauthorized access or tampering with the Application or its systems.
- Distribution of malicious software.
- Violation of intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Any activity that impairs the performance or integrity of the Application.

Ownership: All IP rights in the Application and its content belong to Safe-Watcher LLC or its licensors.
Prohibited Acts: No modification, reverse engineering, or unauthorized distribution of Application content.

The Application collects and uses data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Data is stored with industry-standard security measures, but no system is 100% secure.
Third-party providers may process data under confidentiality obligations.
Cookies and similar technologies are used; manage preferences in your browser.

By Safe-Watcher LLC: We may suspend or terminate access for violations or at our discretion.
By User: Users may terminate their account per the Application’s procedures.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of State Of Texas, without conflict-of-law rules.
Dispute Resolution: Attempt amicable resolution, then binding arbitration in San Antonio, Texas, United States.

We may update these terms at any time; changes take effect when posted or notified.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in full force and effect.

The Application streams video, transcribes it, and stores data in the cloud.
Geo-location services depend on third-party APIs; accuracy and uptime are not guaranteed.
We commit to correcting issues within our control; features may be deprecated if unresolvable.
Limitation of Liability: Safe-Watcher is not liable for outages, inaccuracies, or data loss beyond our control.
